I’ve been writing in a journal for the last few years now, with my left hand. Reading you feeds a deep need in me the need for more participation, for the invitation to give feedback and share my own experience.
When I read Zane’s comment about the paner, I felt something drop suddenly in my belly ( or like being punched there ) that was my first response .
And felt bad that wasbyour first response to what had been a very rich sharing the story of your trip, expressed with care and depth, honoring relationships. I felt taken care of, included in your growth, and growing alongside you.
Something, felt uneven especially for an act that came from openness and inclusion. I wondered how that landed on you, and I also thought: he chooses friends who are really upfront. Still, something in the exchange felt disproportionate, and out of place.
It’s true for me that conflict can support growth when met with awareness we need balanced doses of it but I also understand how public shame can amplify things, especially in this kind of communication not in person .
I deeply enjoy the energy and willingness to go deep into these aspects of being sovereign in our common sense finding our own compass while staying connected.
To reclaim our innocence means regaining the capacity not to be hurt.
You included Zane in your log, you addressed him with honor and trust, you acknowledged the borrowing of the paner you acted in a way that wouldn’t cause more harm, guided by your own integrity.
I feel so blessed by you, Sati. Your affirmation has always settled deeply in my being, giving me permission to explore myself and learn alongside you. Your attuned self-awareness and curiosity feeds me. I'm imagining us in our dance again: the easy flow of adventure, loud unabashed joy, vulnerability, trust, and growth. So much love for you, always. Now off the hook, and back into the depth of the ocean of flow and harmony. I love hearing your voice on my screen, for all to see. I long for more of you here. <3

Yes you can get yourself out of the hook now too.
